In the places our charity volunteers and OSM Charity team have been to before, we noted the common problem there is that students don’t have enough teachers, most teachers are of low level of education and have limited access to the new teaching approach, so we came up with this idea that we can finance the people who are willing to teach the children in the poor places for a certain period of time.

Benefit for doing so:

      --To help the poor children from the root cause, they need to be educated better, this is more important than receiving some material help though sometimes they do need for living.

      --With our help, we believe that the volunteer teachers will feel they are under good support to do the right thing, they are not doing on their own, and insist on doing so for longer period.
