Recruitment of OSM Charity Volunteer Teachers
We need 2 English Volunteer Teachers for a primary school in Yunnan
Time: March – June 2011
Requirements:
1, minimum two years of related working experience, good oral English, qualified in teaching English to primary school students
2, good health, happy and able to live in the mountainous area of Yunnan
3, of love and responsibility, easy-going, good communication skills with people especially with kids
4, able to help the company carry out charity programs in Yunnan
5, like photographing and writing; able to take photos and write about teaching in the school
6, applications with previous experiences as volunteer teacher is preferable
Employment place: Chu Xiong, Yunnan
Responsibilities: giving 2-4 lessons everyday; assisting the company to organize charity activities in local place; and weekly work report to the company
Company supporting:
1, having established good relationships with local government and education departments; Providing computer, camera, and Internet access for our volunteers to make sure that their communication with outside can go smoothly and the volunteer teachers program can get through.
2, providing funds for the charity program
3, providing commercial insurance, accommodation, subsistence allowance and transportation fee for the volunteers

支教教师基本要求：

2、 身体素质良好，能吃苦耐劳，能适应云南山区的支教生活。
3、 有爱心，有责任心，性格开朗，喜欢孩子，善于与他人沟通。
4、 配合公司在当地开展慈善援助活动。
5、 喜欢摄影和撰写，能为支教活动定期留下照片和文字记录。
6、 有相关支教经验人士，优先考虑。
工作地点： 云南省楚雄州
工作内容：
1. 每天2 - 4节的英文课。
2. 协助公司，组织开展在当地的慈善活动。
3. 每周向公司汇报一次自己在当地的活动情况。
公司支持：
1. 公司已经和当地的政府、教育主管部门建立良好的合作关系，并为学校开通了网络，提供电脑和照相机等器材，能够保证志愿者在当地与外界的联系畅通和支教活动的顺利进行。
2. 公司为在当地的开展慈善活动提供经费支持。
3. 为志愿者提供在当地学校的食宿，并提供生活补助，交通补贴和商业保险。
